When running multi-agent orchestration like gastown or multiclaude, there’s a lot of moving pieces. It can be noisy to determine what’s really going on, especially as it’s happening across several tmux sessions. To address this, I’ve released agent-chat. It shows communication between the agents as though you were in a chat room with them. One chat-room per repository-equivalent.

In the screenshot, you can see a supervisor coordinating workers to process a PR. When the spec requirement failed, it spawned a new worker to fix the issue - all visible in real-time.

It works by tailing the files on disk, including your beads database. Because of this, you shouldn’t need to set anything up. Just turn it on and watch the flurry of activity.
